I've been out of teaching for a few years now, and I can say with certainty that there's no way I'd go back to teaching. I don't miss it. I have so much more freedom (and financial stability) than when I was teaching.
But... I was almost too scared to make that leap. I wasn't sure if I could cut it. I wasn't sure if anyone would want to hire me. I wasn't sure what I would even do.
